Stock Price Extraction
The goal of this automation is to search for the value of stocks using the (https://finance.yahoo.com) website. The stocks to be searched for will be provided in an Excel spreadsheet which will arrive via an Outlook email with the Subject line ‘Stock Information’. The updated spreadsheet containing the extracted values must then be sent back as a reply to the original email received via Outlook.
This exercise will interact with the following applications:
- Excel
- Firefox Browser
- Microsoft Outlook
This exercise will be to create an automation that interacts with an Excel spreadsheet, the Firefox web browser as well as extracting/sending emails using Microsoft Outlook.
